Breakfast: 1 cup of oats with berries or almonds, seeds or three scrambled or boiled eggs
Snack: 1 bowl of Nuts
Lunch: Lightly cooked butternut squash, beans ,turnips, almonds, parsnips with Chicken breast
Dinner: Broiled fish with a bowl of green beans
Breakfast: 1 cup of cup of steel cut oats, with seeds, berries or almonds, or three scrambled eggs with spinach
Snack: 1bowl of Nuts
Lunch: Shredded cabbage salad with carrots, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and chopped parsley, with Grilled zucchini with peppers
Dinner: Steam cooked green veggies with a bean soup
Breakfast: the same as day 2
Snack: the same as day 1 and 2
Lunch: Roasted chicken with onion, thyme and black olives with Chicken thighs roasted with sage, lemon and rosemary
Dinner: Bay leaves with mushrooms and vegetable broth consisted of onion, garlic, thyme and celery
